PROVIDERS

Teresa Colley, MSN, ARNP

When I established Grace Clinic it was with the desire to provide a more holistic approach to my patient's health and wellness. Toward that goal, I work with you to maintain or improve your health in a partnership that is built on equal trust and caring. I strive to provide comprehensive, empathetic care and expect that same level of investment from my patients. It is my opinion that given the education and tools for healthy living most patients can and will make healthy choices that improve their quality of life.
