- Most other private insurance
*Unfortunately we are not able to accept new patients with these insurances at this time.
Not all services are covered in all contracts. Some insurance companies will not cover certain services. It is your responsibility to understand the scope and limitations of your insurance policy, and you are
responsible for coverage of any service not covered by your contract.
At the time you receive our services, you are responsible for all co-pays, deductibles, and any estimated
fees for items not covered by your insurance plan. We do not bill co-pay amounts and services will not be
rendered if co-pay is not paid at the time of your visit. As a courtesy to our patients we do bill your insurance for the balance, however
you are still responsible for any outstanding balance not paid by your insurance.
